OUR PROCESS:

Introductory Consultation
We will meet with you personally to better understand your objectives and goals.

Concept and Design Development
Our specialists and the architect attend at your project site to assess challenges or construction concerns. Upon this phase, we will develop a concept house design that suits your lifestyle needs.

Final Design Concept and Cost Evaluation
We’ll present you with the Concept Design as well as confirming the Cost Construction Agreement. At which point we’ll come to a mutual agreement finalizing our plans, timeline and scope of work.

Commence of Construction
You will be introduced to your construction team and site supervisor. We manage the construction phases via project manager software. You will have access to all schedules and completion timeliness and you will receive biweekly project update.

Site supervision and Routine Clean-Ups
We take pride in our projects, throughout the construction period you can expect that the site will remain organized and will be cleaned up at the end of each day.

Final Walkthrough
Upon completion, we personally walk you through your brand new dream home and will hand you all warranty certificates.
